Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it. In addition to our standard 30-day return policy, all items purchased between 16 Oct 2024, and 15 Dec 2024, are eligible for extended returns or exchange until 15 Jan 2025. Engraved jewellery items are also eligible for returns.
To request a return shipping label and generate an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number for your purchase, fill out the Online Return Form. You can also call our Customer Service team on (+65)87156789 and initiate the returns process. Following this, a fully insured return label will be emailed to you.
TYLA will not accept any product that has been damaged, modified or already worn by the customer. Products not listed on our website, and specifically crafted as per the customer's request are non-returnable.
All items must be returned with the product tags attached, free gifts and any certificates as provided in the original packaging. The RMA number is to be mentioned. Once we receive your package, we will take up to 2 to 4 business days to process your return request. All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team and there may be additional charges based on your return instructions. We will notify you of any such charges before processing your request.
If you choose to initiate returns after the completion of the return period, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Such returns will not be eligible for a free return label. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to the provided address. To request a return shipping label, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.
Refund Policy
Once your return request is processed, the refund, excluding delivery charges, will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the returned items only. In case you fail to return the free gift, the amount mentioned on our website for the same product will be deducted. The rest of the amount will be refunded to you.
If the product is found damaged, modified or already worn, it will be shipped back to you. No refund will be issued in these circumstances
Please ensure that all certificates are returned along with the product. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of $150.
Repair & Warranty
We offer the following complimentary services to ensure that your TYLA jewellery always looks brand new.
- Re-polishing and cleaning of jewellery
- Gemstone or diamond tightening
- Rhodium re-plating
- Ring re-sizing
(TYLA offers one free ring resizing within the first year of purchase. The next re-sizing will cost $50. In some cases, where we need to remake the ring due to a major size difference, the charges may vary. Our Customer Service team will inform you of the updated charges.)
The shipping charges for all the complimentary services mentioned above will be your responsibility. To ensure product safety, you can either pay for shipping with insurance or request an insured shipping label. Insured shipping label will cost you $35 plus taxes.
TYLA will not accept any product that has already been repaired, re-sized or engraved by another jeweller. In such circumstances, the service warranty will be considered null and void.
Cancellation and Changes in Order
We prioritise customer satisfaction and will always strive to honour a request for cancellation or changes in order. We will attempt to accommodate your requirements to the best extent possible prior to shipping. This may result in delayed delivery.
However, if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to make any changes. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it once you receive the shipment. Please get in touch with us if you wish to personally collect your package. Rerouting to an alternate address will not be possible once the package is in transit.
